I had to reload adobe on my laptop and in the process we lost our digital ids. Now when I open a document previously signed with the old id it doesn't read me as the user. I have no ability to change, edit, add or delete items within the document, nor can I clear my own signature. Please help.

There's nothing you can do if you can't retrieve the file from a backup. It is extremely important to securely back up your digital ID files.
