How do I remove user data?

Yes, I've searched here in the forums and can't find the answer myself.

I'm using the free version 9.1.0 of Acrobat and I'd like to send price pages to my customers via email.

How do I remove the information about the page in Document Properties such as Title, Author, Location etc?

This isn't the kind of information I need to pass along to my customers.

Can anyone offer me help with this?

Thanks.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 9.1, Windows

You can open the PDF's properties window and remove the data there. Just make sure to check all the tab especially the 'Cusotm', 'Advanced' and the 'Additional Metadata' button on the 'General' tab.

Thanks, gkaiseril.
That was actually the first thing I tried. Unfortunately, the items are greyed out in Properties.
I'm hoping there's another way to do it.

Thanks.

The only free version of any Adobe Acrobat product is Reader. You will need Acrobat Standard or better to modify any metadata directly and save the modified PDF. It could be possible to remove the data with JavaScript but Reader normally can not save a modified PDF file unless special extended rights have been applied to the PDF.
