Hi, Just wondering how I can hide as many menus as I can from All Users so they can not email, save as, print etc. I know some of these may not be able to print but I want to limit user interaction to viewing only on a local PC and apply that to all local users ?

You can set the document initial view options hide menu and hide toolbar, but that can be overridden by anyone who sets their Reader preferences to always show the chrome - plus there's absolutely no way to prevent people emailing or saving a PDF, as to open it they must have the file downloaded to their computer. They have ALREADY saved it, and once it's on their hard drive, they can do anything they want with it, just like with any other regular file.
