we are creating 3D PDF files and want to let people view through internet, however, we do not want people to download or save those files. We are looking for a method to solve this problem over one year but still can not find a way to do it. Could anyone give us some advice on how to do it?

The entire concept is meaningless - to open a PDF the user [u]has to download it[/u] - as with any web page, document or image. There are no options to display an interactive 3D model to a Web audience that don't involve transferring the file to their computer.
