How To Share Secured PDFs - URGENT

One of my clients has finished a highly sensitive report and is now looking to share its contents with a small group of external colleagues in PDF format via email. This is the list of security requirements I have been given to deal with:

Needs to be encrypted
Prevent printing and copying text
Prevent forwarding
Self-destruct after two weeks

I know how to prevent printing and copying data, and I know how to set up passwords on the PDF, but I haven't a clue how to set it to delete itself after a period of time or prevent the file from being forwarded.

I thought about perhaps posting it to our website and setting up password access, then taking it down after two weeks. Ideally, I would be able to post it to a site where the PDF would be processed and displayed by the site instead of the local computer, while retaining the ability to enable the PDF restrictions I spoke about above.

As you can see, I need some input from my fellows on this one and really appreciate your help. I am supposed to have this handled by tomorrow. I was only given the requirements today. Geez. Thanks everyone!

Jason

Might want to check out Document Center (free service right now) to do this. for more information check out the following blog Setting an Expiration Date on a PDF with Adobe Document Center.

Lori's correct that Document Center will do this perfectly - but remember that each recipient has to register with Document Center as well - as it's still vaguely a Labs project they may need to have the process explained to them.

Do all the recipients of a file shared with policies enforced through the Document Center have to have the full version of Acrobat or can they view the files with Adobe Reader?

They just need Reader 7 or above - see the ADC specs page - but of course to do 'Reader-enabled' stuff like commenting, you have to extend those features using Acrobat Pro before sharing the PDF.
