Donna Baker responded that security allows you prevent saving the form. Unless I'm missing something you can only restrict printing and editing, but not restrict saving a form. I use Acrobat 7.0 Professional.
My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.0, Windows
My response was generic. Sorry, I should have been more specific.
You can't prevent a user from saving a copy of the form. If you are using a password, you can restrict the printing to a low quality print, for example. Also, disallowing any changes in the form will prevent the user from copying and pasting content from the form to another file.
I hope that clears up the confusion.
