Secure Envelope -- file attach fails

I have a client who suddenly cannot create a secure envelope. When she runs the wizard, and clics the button to add files to the envelope, the program hangs at the point where it's out looking for the last folder used (or that's my presumption anyway).

I've run the repair from within her profile, to no effect, and I've replaced the user cache file (just on a hunch that it might might contain that last used folder information).

Anybody know where that information is stored? In the registry? I haven't un-installed and re-installed, but I'm concerned that if the repair didn't do it, un-installing won't either (you know how programs like to helpfully save the user's data in case of a re-install later).

Thanks for any insights.

Found it!

HKEY_USERS\\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\8.0\Security\cMainThere was a last search path there, which pointed to a machine that had been taken offline while the user was on vacation. I was able to edit the path, restart the PC, and it worked normally for her.

Hope this helps somebody else!
