I am wanting to secure one row out of three in a pdf. Is this possible?

What do you mean by secure? You can make form fields ReadOnly, so they can't be changed. But there aren't really tools out there for applying real security selectively to elements on a page.

I didn't really explain myself and I was able to figure it out, with some help. I was able to write a java script code to make one column unviewable unless you had a password.
