Signature Insertion

I have a scanned image of my signature saved as a .jpg file. I would like to insert the signature image on a pdf in a specific place. Could find no guidance in the Adobe support section. I have 6.0 Standard. Advice sought

I'm not sure if the menus are exactly the same in Acrobat 6 but this is usually done under the Preferences menu. Edit --> Preferences --> Security Panel. Under Appearance select the digital signature then click Edit. The Configure Graphic area allows you to insert a graphic file.
