Transform a huge amont of read only pdf in editable and savable pdf

I have some pdf, i would like them to be editable as i need some user (using acrobat reader) to filled the form and then i may have to make some correction.

I ve found a way to transform my pdf file in editable pdf just by ''Save as'' the file. Is there a way to change the property in all my pdf in one time with acrobat pro?
