I have Adobe Acrobat pro 8.0. I was wondering how I can use the digital signature solution that Adobe Acrobat has for my business. I would need to also make sure that the digital signature is legal and binding as would be a signature with pen on paper.
I will need to have my workers sign contracts that I send them without having Acrobat installed if possible. I just want to limit the things they need installed on their computer to so this. They do have Adobe Reader though at least. Thank you in advance for all your help.

at the bottom of that link there are three other links - one is a great tutorial from the American Bar Association;

This is managed by Rick Borstein, an Adobe Certified Expert in Acrobat and a member of the American Bar Association and the International Legal Technology Association.
Hope this helps !
