Is there any service available to certify that your PDF file is virus-free?

We leverage PDF files as a way to create and share our monthly customer newsletters, and have been receiving feedback the past couple months that customers are hesitant to download the file due to virus concerns.

Most commercial virus scanners do scan PDFs, but unfortunately I don't think there is anything that can "certify" a PDF or any other file type is free from viruses.
