Hi ROY GREGORY,

You should be able to use the Fill & Sign tool to complete a form except for those forms created using LiveCycle Designer. To find out what program create the form, look under File > Properties.
Also, make sure you completing the form in Reader or Acrobat and not just a PDF web browser plug-in.

Thanks,
Lori

Hi Katherine, Ben and Tamera,

Our web developer has re-encoded the video and that should hopefully resolve the issues you’ve experienced trying to play the video in IE or Chrome.

Please let me know if the problem continues.

I also can not see the presentation in Chrome.

Hi Katherine,

Thanks for taking the time to write. I’ve forwarded the issue along to our developer. I’m able to video the video in Safari and FireFox but sounds like there is a problem viewing it in IE and Chrome.

Thanks again for your input.
