Here are more details http://adobephotoshopsecrets.blogspot.com/2011/09/record-play-save-load-actions-in.html about this interactive training but you can do that and with instructions and distribute them

8, 2012-05-16 16, 2012The presentation was a little fast. Repeated viewing would be necessary to obtain a good grasp of the sequence of operations. I look forward to creating training documents for work. It’s an excellent way to train one’s coworkers and replacements.
