Adobe Acrobat 7 doc won't recoginize Acrobat 9 installed
I have Acrobat 9 installed on my new Vista OS computer.
I want to open an Acrobat 7 CD doc. It asks for 7 or higher &
want to install Acrobat 7, which I won't do.
It will not recognize that 9 is installed.
How do I get this reader (9) & CD (7) to talk to each other?
And why doesn't this just happen automatically? I am not adept
@ solving computer problems.
Thank you, Jay Drew

My Product Information:
Reader 9.1, Windows

I'm using Adobe Acrobat 7. When I type in a text box, or paste an image, or even draw an arrow, a number appears next to my image (or test, or arrow) on my document. How can I get rid of this number? The number increases as the number of images are increased. It seems to be some sort of comment number. This number overlaps my text, etc.
Thank you,
Rob
