Hello,
I add an EventHandler to the runtime of the 3d-engine of a pfd-file including a 3d-model. After and only if the corresponding event has been fired and I try to close the pdf-file Adobe crashes at closing the file and reports the following error:
Error message: "An unhandled win32 exeption occurred in Acrobat.exe[5068]" or "An unhandled win32 exeption occurred in Acrobat.exe[3068]". On another computer I also got an error like "The read or write operation on the memory failed." Then all running adobe applications close.
The EventHandler will be added in a script on the document level, in this case in the Doc Open event. I use acrobat 8.0 and reader 8.1.
What causes the problem and what should I do to solve it?
