What do i need to set my preferences at in order for my product to be viewed by the oldest possible version of Acrobat Reader? What is the earliest version of reader that you can view a 3D model in? Are there any hardware restrictions in veiwing a 3D model on a computer? Sorry about all the questions but I am having difficulties with my customers veiwing my products. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am currently using Adobe 3D Toolkit 7.0 but will be upgrading to 8.1 as soon as we can work out the compatbility issues.

Acrobat 7.0 Reader is the oldest version to view 3d PDFs as 3D models.
