Converting 3D CAD to PDF: Conversion Error

Hello - I am new to acrobat 3D and am trying to convert my CAD file and embed it into a 3D PDF.
My CAD format is Solidworks (Using native file format unless I have to convert this to something else?)

When I go to tools>3D Tool, do my marquee and select my CAD file, it runs as though it is going to work and then at the last stage I get a pop up that tells me 'File Conversion Error' and nothing else happens..

Can someone help me out here? Am I doing something wrong? Is it possible I need to reinstall the software? When I go the route of opening the file and using the print screen command, nothing happens at all.

Thank you for your help,

Lenny

Which version of SW are you using? Acrobat Pro Extended supports SW2009

Even in a supported format, we sometimes find things that break the interpreter. Can you open the file in 3D Reviewer?

Thanks - I actually thought this might be part of the issue...but wasn't sure. I am using Solidworks 2010...if I drag and drop my models they will convert...or if I save them as a different file format...so I can get SOME functionality out of this but Im still working my way around all of it. Is there going to be an update to allow for SW2010 to work with this app natively? (Please say yes) :-)
