Where are the java script and sample form for the 3D_forms_interaction.pdf tutorial?

Hi dhuseby,

There are 2 attachments on that PDF for using as you follow along with the tutorial. If you open the file again

(http://www.acrobatusers.com/tech_corners/3d/3d_tutorials/3D_forms_interaction.pdf)

then click on the Attachments tab you'll see them listed there. I think this is what you are asking for- if not post again with more details on what it is you are looking for.
