How do I turn off the automatic accessibility features that start to tag a pdf for reading. I did not turn it on, now it starts whenever I open a pdf . I see the options but not a disable or turn off feature. Thanks

hmmmmm. I'm a little confused with this question. What do you mean by "automatic accessibility features?" Tagging files is a result of your original authoring program and whether it supports tagging files during PDF Creation. Programs like Word, InDesign and others can produce tagged PDFs. You can turn off tagging a file in the conversion settings (PDF Maker) or in the Export to PDF dialog box (InDesign). Additionally, you can delete all tags in a file using the Tags palette in Acrobat.

But I suspect your question is related to something else. Are you talking about autoscrolling, Read Aloud, or viewing files with Accessibility options defined in the Preferences?

Maybe add another post and let us know more precisely what is going on with your files when you open them in an Acrobat viewer.
