can you add greater pauses between paragraphs when creating an accessible tagged pdf?

If you are reading aloud the document in Acrobat or the Adobe Reader you might want to change the default speed of speech?

Otherwise you can edit the document tags and introduce a new tag which does not contain information for speech - in effect, a slow down effect.
