Add button for Read Out Load?

To make the availability of the Read Out Load feature of Acrobat more transparent I would like to add a image or button to the documents that if you click on it turns on Read Out Load. Although I have found how to add images or buttons that prompt other actions I have not found a way of adding one that would activate Read Out Load.

Is there a way this can be done?
