Alternative text for source document wording used by tags

Hi

I am working on accessible fillable forms in Acro Pro. When adding tags the wording from the original source document is not always what I want to use as the corresponding wording in the tag tree.

Is there anyway of having alternative wording for the accessible tags that is different from the wording from the source document? The tags only seem to use the exact wording from the source document.

I know you can add alt text to images but when I try adding alt text to wording the Read Out Loud command reads both the alt text and the original source text.

Any help would be great.

Thanks
Tim

Hi --

Yes, you can adjust the content. Select the tag and open its Properties from either the right-click or panel menus. Click the Tag tab, and add the alternate wording in the appropriate field.
