inline tables from indesign

from indesign to acrobat, inline tables are being tagged as figures and acrobat will not allow me to retag them as tables.

I'm showing inline tables being tagged as tables when exporting from InDesign CS2 to PDF with Acrobat 7 compatibility.

You might check your InDesign file. If using layers, try to cut the table from one layer and paste on the background layer. There could be other issues related to the layout. I suspect the problem rests with the construction of the InDesign file.
