Is there a place where we can get pre made RFI, Submittals and Transmittal forms? We are an Electrical Contractor and want to make the RFI processes quicker and feel a PDF From would achieve this.

Hi ldashiell,

You probably wont find the exact form you want, but there are quite a few example forms in the Gallery here at AUC that exhibit a large variety of form features and functionality in both AcroForm and LiveCycle Designer PDF forms to give you an idea of what can be done.

Other than that, try a Google search- there are tons of PDF forms out there- some free, some not, and a whole raft of people who design and develop forms for a living who could do the exact form you need for a fee.

Hi Larry,

You can also use Acrobat to create the forms from those you use today. Acrobat will help you convert a flat PDF file, Word or Excel document, or even a scan of a paper form into a fillable PDF. With Acrobat 9, you can do that in any version of Acrobat. Just click on the Forms button on the Taskbar and choose Start Forms Wizard.
