8 Pro - Properties Bar

Slowly upgrading all my users here to v8, but one user is having some troubles with the properties bar. She will select a text box or rectangle tool, and the properties bar is disabled. It displays correctly some of the time, but most of the time incorrectly. Any suggestions on how to fix would be appreciated.

There may be a problem with the installation. Try first to repair the installation (Help > Repair Acrobat Installation) and see if that solves the problem. If not, you may need to deinstall and reinstall Acrobat.Before doing any kind of reinstallation, be certin to check the problem on several PDF documents to rule out any problem with a particular file.
