Acrobat 9 Pro removing carriage returns in text box tool.

I recently upgraded from 7 Std to 9 Pro. In 9 Pro the text box tool will not retain hard carriage returns so that vertical spacing between text is retained. This is not acceptable. Is this controlled by a setting or is it a glitch in the program?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.0, Windows

I'd say you've identified a bug. The first carriage return is retained, but any that immediately follow are unceremoniously removed. Same with the Typewriter tool, which creates a specialized form of a text box, but sticky notes behave as you'd expect.

I can't even get it to accept the 1st carriage return. How do I report this bug to Adobe?

The first carriage return is at the end of the first paragraph, the second would represent the blank line between paragraphs, etc.

You can use the following to report bugs: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform
