There are two ways to handle the callouts. You can set the preference for viewing comments -- choose Edit > Preferences > Commenting and set the font style and size.For the callouts themselves, first open the Properties Bar by using the Ctrl+E shortcut. Select the callout and you'll see the font settings in the Properties bar. Make the changes as desired to the font and size.
To maintain the font characteristics, either click More on the Properties Bar to open the Properties dialog box, or right-click the callout and choose Make Current Properties Default from the shortcut menu.
