Hello,

I use Acrobat 7 Professional and Windows XP Pro operating system. I add “Note “ boxes to PDF documents as reminders, instructions, etc.

My question / problem: How do I change the text size and color of the text inside the “Note” box? IS there a way to do this? The “default” appears to be Ariel, 12 point, black. I have been unable to find a way and the “help” talks about changing font size and color but the instructions do not seem to apply to “Note “ boxes.

Suggestion??

Thanks

I use 7 Pro also(because it is the most stable version of Acrobat). You must do it with preferences. Choose:

Edit- Preferences-General-Commenting to change the font, font size, and color.

This only works for popup notes. For other commenting font sizes you must do it from the properties toolbar.

View-toolbar-properties bar
