changing insertion caret size

I am reviewing papers with Acrobat/Acrobat Professional. The editing board says the insertion caret is too small. I know I can change the colour and opacity but is there any way to increase the caret size?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to increase the size of the caret but this is a [url=http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform]good feature request[/url].
