is there away to set up a standardized oval or cirle or any symbol for that matter in which i can just add to the document easily and repeatable without having to make a new one each time?

Hmmmmm. If you're talking about adding a circle or icon that doesn't require a comment note, you could create the icon in a design application like Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. If using Photoshop and you need transparency for the icon use a layer with transparency and export to PDF (from Illustrator or Photoshop). Add the PDF file to an Organizer collection. When you open the PDF file, use the TouchUp Object tool and copy it. Paste the icon on your PDF pages.
