Hi,

I've been trying to create a custom stamp with the date/time included.

I've been following the tutorial by Lori DeFurio (http://www.acrobatusers.com/tutorials/2007/custom_dynamic_stamp/) but i'm stuck.

I can't seem to select and therefor copy the form field of the standard dynamic stamp in order to paste it into my custom stamp.

The cut, copy and paste options in the 'Edit' menu are grayed out as well.

I'm using Acrobat 7.0 Standard.

Acrobat Standard 7.0, Windows

Did you carefully read the 2nd note at the top of the article?

You will need use of the Formtool toolbar and Acrobat 7 Standard doe not have this toolbar so it can not access the form fields in the custom stamp.

as a matter of fact, i did not see that note, as i only watched the video and it doesn't mention that little tidbit of information.
