Enabling comments in Reader 9 when opened from Internet Explorer

Hi folks
Although I've selected the "Enable for commenting and Analysis..." option I still can't access the comments options when the PDF opens in Internet Explorer.
I have an HTML library that links to a selection of PDFs. When I open the PDF file directly from Windows Explorer the commenting button is available. However, when I open the same file from the HTML index, the PDF opens in an Interent Explorer window and the commenting options aren't there.
Can anyone help me set this up correctly?
Many thanks

Cinnamon

The command "Enable for commenting and Analysis in Adobe Reader" only enables the comment and markup tools in Reader not when opening a PDF in the browser. To enable commenting in the browser, you'll need to use the "Send for Shared Review" capability. Setting up a proper location for the PDF file, as you do in the Shared Review process, is necessary especially in a browser environment. Otherwise it's difficult to track the PDFs/comments in the browser as their saved in TMP files, which is not a good place to work on them.
