How do you enable document rights on Adobe Reader 8 in order to comment?

My Product Information:
Reader 8.0, Windows

A file can only be comment enabled for Reader in the Pro version of Acrobat.

Hi,

so does that mean if you use Acrobat Standard commenting won't work in Reader?
