Hi
I have just downloaded Acrobat 8.1 and can not enable documents in order to comment or mark up
How do I go about this?

I should mention I am running Office 2003 as I think this affects visual aspects of tool menus

In Adobe 8 Pro. go the follwoing menu: Advanced --> Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader.
