I am an eRoom administrator and a user has approached me with the following error message they receive when they attempt to Send for Shared Review using an eRoom folder URL as a Web server folder location. The error is:
"Status: The shared folder location you provided is not setup correctly to store comments for this shared review. The problem is: Authorization is required for this network service"
Keep in mind that to get that far, (once you select the URL) you are prompted for a user name and password so I don't think it is related to that.
Please help me troubleshoot this error. I am not familiar with Shared Reviews as I have just learned of their existence this morning, so bear with me :)

Where the Shared Reviews may happen —
Effectively, an "eRoom" is a "web space" location.
It is my understanding that, to utilize Acrobat Shared Reviews / Collaborate, a "web space" approach requires use of WebDAV.
It may be that the error your user experiences is associated with not having WebDAV configured and in use.
