Highlighting Problems

I made a mistake and clicked a "do not show this message again" box and now cant black out prices on overseas purchase orders via the highlight option anymore. I can highlight it and change the color to black but now the pop-up box stays up and I cant get them all to dissappear when printing. That is on top of all the extra time it takes to highlight each number rather than highlighting an entire row or two. I know the old box I clicked said something refering to scan for text or something like that. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
