Is there any way to make some default settings for the Choose Summarize Comments settings?

When I’m printing or summarizing comments from the Comment list view, the default printer is always "letter".
Since I'm not in the US and there for want the default printer to be A4 instead, I would like the default printer here.
Is there any way to save other default settings for the Choose Summarize Comments settings than the standard setup settings?

This problem may be associated with your Preference settings.

Try this:

Click Edit > Preferences > New Document > Default Page > Size > select A4 from the drop down list. From here you can also set the page orientation.While in the Preference section, under Categories, click International, and make the necessary changes if any.
