Importing Comments

I am using adobe acrobat 8 Professional. When i try to import the comment from 1 file to the other on the same PDF drawing. the comment text are rotated 90 degree to the drawing itself? Why is it happen? is there anyone have the same problem?

Have the comments been "Exported" from the PDF you are trying to import them from?
