Not able to use Text highter

Hi,
Could anyone plz help me out in enabling my document rights.I am not able to use my comment and markup toolbar.....It says that I have to enable my document rights.....I have no idea as to how to do it......I tried a lot but couldn't find anything related............PLZ HELLLLLLLPPPPPP!!!!

Acrobat Standard 9.1.1, Windows

Are sure you are not using Reader?

I am using acrobat reader version 9.1 but am not able to use the Text highlighter....dn't know why...plz help me out

For Reader to use any commenting tool, one needs to use Acrobat Standard or better to enable commenting rights by Reader for that particular PDF.

so what do I need to do now.........Do I have to uninstall acrobat reader 9.1 and go for any other acrobat version or what to do????

You need to purhcase at least Acrobat Standard or have someone with Acrobat enable commenting rights.
