When Adobe Standard 8 is launched through a browser (Internet Explorer) to view and edit a pdf document, the 'Print Comments' option is disabled. When the same document is opened through native Adobe 8 Standard, the 'Print Comments' option is enabled. What is causing the 'Print Comments' option to be disabled through a browser and how can this be resolved?
Are you referring to the Summarize Comments button? If so, this feature is not available when you print from the web browser or print multiple documents in PDF packages.
