On some third party documents, I find that I am unable to print a Comments Summary together with the text of the original document. I can print the document on its own or the comments summary on their own but not the two together. Any ideas anyone?

Tried that. The Print preview window shows the comments with connector lines but not the text of the original document.

With version 7, under the menu option "Comments => Summarize Comments..." the UI window has an option for "Documents and comments with connector lines on a single page". You will need to click the "Create PDF comment summary" button, this will create a PDF with the a copy of the original pages and comments and connectors on a single page and then you can print the new PDF.
