Problems Printing Comment Summaries

I am trying to print a 11x17 drawing with comments with Document and comments with sequnce numbers on seperate pages. I am using Acrobat Standard 8.0. When it prints out it moves the drawing about 3 inches to the right (Which cuts off the most important part of my drawing). I have tried everything I could possibly think of (I am not an expert by any means, but I am pretty resourcefull) to fix it but nothing works. I have also had problems with 8 1/2x 11 documents moving to the left an inch and 11x17 documents refusing to go landscape when printing comment summaries the same way. I think my client is using Acrobat Professional 7.0 to comment on these documents, not sure if this makes a difference. I have tried using a computer with Acrobat Professional 7.0 and it works to print the 11x17 drawings in the right place but the other two types of documents still print wrong and when I had someone try with Acrobat 9.0 it was the same results as the Standard 8.0. I really don't want to have to work off of two different computers having to figure out which one will work each time to print this stuff out. Please Help
