Rotating a comment text box?

When reviewing and entering comments, I would like to create text comments that are visible in the margin of a document but rotated sideways (90 degrees) so as to appear lengthwise along the margin.

Is there a way to use comment tools to do this?For example I've seen one other pdf editor that allows a commenting text box to be rotated to achieve this effect. Thanks.

Unfortunately Acrobat 8 doesn't support comment rotations nor free form field rotations. This is something many people would like to see added to the program. Try to post a feature request on Adobe's Web site to see if we can get these features added to the next version.
