We are using Acrobat 5.0 in our office (Win XP environment). One of our users is eperiencing the following message when se attempts to save a document after using a custom stamp on it:
 
"This document was successfully saved, but an error occurred after saving the document. Please close and reopen the document."

If only one of your users is experiencing this problem, check with users who have sucessfully saved your doc to find out what version of Adobe Reader they are using and suggest the problem use upgrade to that version.
