Shared Review email not default email

My defult email is third party called FirstClass. Acrobat 9 Pro selects it correctly when I choose to send a document as an email attachment.

The problem comes when using send for shared review. I choose to send an email with a link and the Outlook email interface opens. I don't use Outlook, so of course it doesn't work.

The only solution I have found is to choose send manually later.

Any reason Acrobat would be choosing Outlook at this point only?

Do you have FirstClass selected under the following preference Edit > Preferences > Internet > Internet Settings button > Programs tab?

Yes, and if I use reader and select File>Attach as email, it works perfectly.
