Shared Review is Missing from Adobe Reader

I just installed Adobe reader on a few computers in my company but the Review Tracker component does not seem to be installed. I've uninstalled the software, rebooted the computer, killed anything in the registry pertaining to Reader, rebooted again, and then reinstalled from the internet and the computer still does not have the Review Tracker component. I have another computer that is using the same version of Adobe Reader 8.1.2 and it has the components installed on it. I've even attempted the Adobe Reader repair with no changes in results. I have tried installing Adobe Reader on a few computers and they have the result. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello everyone. I figured it out. We have a department that uses SMS to deploy the Reader with a few of the features turned off. What I found is that you have to uninstall the software, kill as many registry entries as humanly possible, reboot, and then install from the internet. There seems to be some registry settings that "stick" even when you do an uninstall reinstall.
