Hello,
I am using Adobe 8 Professional. I have been sending PDFs via email to some one using 9 Professional, and it will not allow her to insert sticky notes in the document. I have not secured the document in any way. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible that the PDF was created using the PDF/A setting? To check, have the recipient turn off the following Preference (Edit > Preferences > Document category "View documents in PDF/A mode".

If you're not planning to use these documents for archive purposes, you'll want to create them using a different setting.
