Using custom stamps for shared PDF reviews?

I have created a custom stamps palette to use for my shared review. Will this custom stamp palette be able to be viewed by the review participant or do they have to manually load these into Acrobat Pro in order for them to use? The problem I'm having is I'm sending these all out to people who do not have Acrobat Pro and I want them to be able to use these custom stamps but I'm afraid they won't be able to because they don't have Acrobat Pro only Reader. Can anymore tell me if this is the case. It would be awesome if when they open the review in their browser the custom stamps would be visible!

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.3.1, Macintosh

Your custom stamps will work on Reader, but the other users will not see the stamps unless they install your custom stamp file. You'll need to send stamp file separately, and they will need to copy it to the Acrobat Stamps folder.

But they have to have Acrobat Pro to load the stamps correct? You can't load them in reader.

No, Reader has a stamps folder, and if the PDF is Reader Enabled for commenting the comment tools, including the stamps, will be visible.

I have Reader X open and I do not see any where I can add stamps. I don't see where I can add stamps to a stamp folder. Can you tell me how you do that?

I see if I participate in a shared review by clicking on the link to the PDF and it opens in my Browser it will let me add stamps but not when I open a PDF directly in Reader.

Is there a comment enabled PDF open in your Reader X? The commenting tools are only visible when the PDF is enabled for commenting.

Look at this article:

The first part describes how to find the stamps folders. There are two. You'll need Acrobat Professional for this task. Look for the location of the "user" folder. The "user" folder is the same for both Professional and Reader.
