i have tried to uninstall and reinstall several times... i have tried installing the trial version as well as the full version, with no luck... basically it will work for a couple minutes or so, then hangs... then after another minute or so it will crash... the even viewer shows the following:
Hanging application Acrobat.exe, version 8.1.0.137, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
i have tried both 8.0 all the way to 8.1.2 but the same thing happens no matter what... I'm at a loss as to how to fix this. any suggestions?
(i am running sp3 on xp, but this problem was occurring while i still only had sp2 installed)
